Job Posting: Maintenance Personnel (Part-Time)

Position Summary:
Coralwood Adventist School is seeking a reliable and skilled part-time maintenance person to oversee the upkeep, safety, and functionality of our school facilities. This position requires a motivated individual with a wide range of maintenance skills and a heart for supporting Christian education.
Responsibilities Include:
Performing routine maintenance on buildings, equipment, and school grounds
Addressing safety issues and conducting necessary repairs
Coordinating with administration regarding urgent repairs and future projects
Maintaining cleanliness of outdoor areas (e.g., parking lot, sidewalks, playground)
Monitoring heating, plumbing, electrical systems, and lighting
Ensuring compliance with local building and safety codes Qualifications:
Previous experience in maintenance, custodial work, or a related field
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry preferred
Ability to work independently and follow instructions
Strong organizational and time management skills
A commitment to supporting the mission of Adventist Christian education
